Used once so far, quite successfully, for a large (25 people) party, to bake oven fried chicken. Three pans of breaded chicken stacked nicely in the fridge, then cooked in my large oven on three racks, lickety-split. I've read that these pans are one of the most versatile cooking pans--can be used for everything from roasts to appetizers, to cookies and other pastries. They seem of great quality, and durable. They make me feel like a pro. I look forward to reaching for these pans again and again.

The only sheet pan you'll need.

A really great product at an amazing price. The construction is really incredible and there's very little flex allowing you to put quite a bit of stuff on there without the worry of the pan giving way. Additionally, the heating was even across the surface and consistently produced excellent results.
