The Chef's chopper worked 12-15 times, then it wouldn't switch the motor on, I called customer service and they have a replacement on the way [...] I wish all manufacturer's would be this helpful. Plus they have a whole line of larger choppers and food processors to grow up with. KitchenAid is backed by people that really care!
