This was used at a feature table with many apples, pears and other fruits. It cored and wedged in one easy push. All clients have stated that it was the most unique feature table they had experienced. It allowed the operator to quickly prepare fresh apples in front of the client. They also received caramel, chocolate/hazelnut & honey cream. This device is unbelievable. Wish it came in a larger model for larger fruit.
