We use this product in our C-Store. We serve fried fish, Chicken, Chicken Patty's, Moz-sticks, F-Fries, Potato wedges etc. The capacity is great although we started with two of these fryers to begin with and are about to purchase a third one.
The only way this product could be better is if they offered the single large basket as an option instead of the two smaller ones for the same price. In any case, a good product that delivers exactly as you want it to every time.
We have been using them every day for 8-9 hours a day since we received them two months ago and as I mentioned above we are buying a third for our restaurant.

I used this frier to frie funnel cakes and deep fried oreos at farmers market,and I'm very sastified.

Had purchased this product for another American Legion Post and was very happy with the quality of the product. Bought another of the same for another American Legion to use to cook Sunday Football menu. Unfortunately 1 hour before game time we set up and plugged in new unit and it did not work. Had to run out to [@] and purchase a cheaply made replacement for $50.00 so we had food to serve. Contacted you all on monday and a replacement part was sent.

I thought it was a commercial fryer, but simply a home fryer.
I have a catering bussiness and it could not keep up wiht the demand. If you want for your home fries or chicken tenders and you are a 3 members family it will be good to have it.
I shoulded expend a little more.
Regret buying it.

Was sceptical at first that it would be large enough to handle our needs in our concession stand, but after using it only once I realized it would perform much better than anticipated...it kept up with the french fry demand with on problem.

This is the best deep fryer I have ever owned. The temperature stays steady so there is no down time waiting for the oil to heat back up after cooking a batch of food. Food cooks evenly and comes out perfectly!
