Bought this to bring hot food to my son's football games for tailgating. I brought a couple of trays of pasta to a football game in early Nov in Connecticut (~45-50 degrees). The trays were hot out of the oven, and we didn't serve the food for 5-hrs (food was in my car) - and the food was still warm when served. I highly recommend this product - the bag is huge and very durable. Katom was also the most reasonably priced for this product.
