I use about 35 of these units in a correctional setting. They are in use from morning till evening and they hold up very well for the price.
I have some that are still in use since 2005, of course I've had to replace parts to repair them but they are strong microwaves.
Downside= Amana changed the magnetron and transformer to a different type and they don't seem to last like the original components did back in 2005
